Fast Dinners: Fried Rice

I made fried rice the other night.  I got the recipe from Rhys Ford:

This recipe is easy to follow and took 10 minutes, start to finish.  I added a lot more veggies than in the recipe, because that’s what I do.  There’s 1/2 onion, some carrots and 1/2 bag of frozen peas (frozen! woo hoo!).  Also a couple slices of ham, cut up.  I put the rice on, then cut up the veggies.  10 minutes.  Hot, delicious, and #HellaHealthy.  Added bonus, the BF loved it.  I’m making it again tonight.
